VEHICLE RENTAL AGREEMENT


Rentals


This Vehicle Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between:

• Ghetty Car Rentals (hereinafter referred to as “The Lessor”), and

• [Renter’s Name], with ID/passport number [Identification Number] (hereinafter referred to as “The Renter”).

1. AVAILABLE VEHICLES AND RATES


The Lessor agrees to rent one of the following vehicles to the Renter, subject to availability and selection:

• 2018 Jeep Renegade: $85 per day

• 2020 Kia Sedona (7 passengers): $125 per day


Insurance: $15 per day (mandatory). If the renter has their own insurance, they must provide proof, and the charge will be waived.

Security deposit: $200 (refundable within 5 business days after the vehicle is returned).


Minimum rental period: 2 days.


2. RENTAL CONDITIONS

1. The vehicle is delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, a refueling charge will apply.

2. If the vehicle is returned dirty, an additional cleaning fee will be charged, ranging from $40 to a maximum of $100. If the unit has a cigarette or marijuana odor, a $200 charge will apply.

3. Any tolls incurred during the rental period will be deducted from the deposit.

4. The vehicle must be returned without damages. If any defects are found, the repair costs will be deducted from the deposit.


3. DELIVERY AND RETURN


The vehicle will be delivered at the airport or a mutually agreed location within the metro area. During delivery, a full round of photos and video documentation of the vehicle will be taken.


The Renter agrees to return the vehicle to the same agreed location or another location previously authorized by the Lessor.


4. PAYMENT AND REFUND

• The full rental payment must be made at the time of receiving the vehicle.

• The security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after the vehicle is returned, minus any applicable charges for tolls or damages.


5. RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITIES


The Renter agrees to:

1. Use the vehicle for personal use only and not sublease it.

2. Not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

3. Be responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.


6. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT


The Lessor reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Renter fails to comply with any of the terms outlined herein.


7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS


Both parties accept the conditions of this agreement by signing below.
